Costa Rican Coffee (Ground Single-Origin Coffee)

Like the taste and its smooth ness

It's coffee. Not strong. Not particularly flavorful. Not terrible.

We were very impressed with this "NEW" coffee brand. We received it as a family Christmas Gift and were very excited to try it. We were delighted with the smoothness. It didn't have any acid/bitter/aftertaste like the French or Italian roasts we had been drinking. On the second cup I tried adding more grounds for a bolder, stronger coffee like I was used to. I enjoyed it more, and still no aftertaste. My wife and I are very glad we were introduced to Ground Truth. BC/SC

Tastes a bit overroasted to me.

I bought this on a whim, always seeking a great cup of coffee. I was not disappointed! The aroma is fantastic and the roast is perfect and consistency is hard hard to beat. It is a bold flavor, rich and buttery at the same time. I thought it would be more acidic, but it wasn’t. Great balance. I love when small roasters take the time to get it right, and they really did here. Don’t hesitate. Buy this!

No better than coffee found in Central American supermarkets

I had a cup of Americano this morning. I know it is not an espresso roast, but this is how I usually drink my coffee. It had a great foam, creamy consistency and fantastic aroma! It is not as bold as traditional espresso, but it is elegant, balanced and velvety. My new favorite now. Will purchase again

Love it! Arrived very quickly and able to continue my coffee addiction. I used in my French press and the aroma carries throughout the house. I am afraid if my neighbors catch wind of this coffee that they will knocking on my door every morning. 5 stars
