Good case, however. on/off operation could be better.I got LG G4 leather and took advantage of the promotional opportunity which was a spare back cover, battery, and the battery charger. At first I got a very expensive Moshi (IGlaze Napa) case that looks extremely good on the phone and protects it extremely well. However, to remove the Moshi case from the phone is a pain. You have to break a sweat in order to do that.Long story short, I started looking for an every day case that I can put on and take off very quickly and located this Poetic case. The main question for me was how easy to take the case off. I have called poetic customer service and it seemed like one man operation, like you calling a personal cell phone not a company. A woman answered the call and she was kind of mumbling a lot and did not answer the question about on/off operation.Anyways, I got this case today and I can tell that it's a good case, protects well and has a good grip but it is not easy to remove. One star off. Every time you are trying to remove the case, it rips the back cover off and the battery pops right out. I was hopping to find something a bit smoother. This could be due to LG G4's rectangular shape, however.Long story short, positives: good case, good grip, protects well, doesn't look too cheap.Negatives: On/Off operation is not quite easy for an every day use; not the best looking caseSuggestions: If you want more expensive look, than the Moshi IGlaze napa case is the one. It looks expensive and protects extremely well.P.S. The poetic website does not advertize this case as compatible with leather back cover, check it out. The case fits on the leather cover, but I think that would be a slightly better fit on the regular cover.

I bought this case with the G4 knowing that I would be prone to dropping it. This case has definitely come in handy. At the low price range, with a thin profile, it is exactly what I was looking for, and it's stylish as an added bonus. The one problem is that you can not remove the case without the battery cover being removed from the phone. It is such a tight fit on the phone, which is great, but removing it is a hassle. If you expect that you will need to remove the case often, this is definitely not the case for you. If you will not be removing it often, then you should have no issue. Also, all ports have large spaces built into the case that are adequate to maintain their function.

This is a really good case and looks nice on the phone. The only negative and the reason why I am looking for another case is that it really hard to remove this case to change the battery. If you never intend to use a spare battery then this is a fantastic case, but I need to occasionally change the battery at the end of a heavy use day and it really is too difficult to fuss with the edges to remove.

Case fits snug and protects great. Dropped many times and no damage to phone or case.There is a bit of a trick to get it off though. You need to pull back from a corner where the battery door doesn't come off to, then slide in your finger to continue to pry pic with a bit of force (I mentioned it fit snug).Many times the battery door still gets stuck and you have to bend the case and pry it out. Haven't damaged my battery door at all, or the case. It can be a bother if you want to remove often.

I had a Poetic case for my iPad Mini that was inexpensive and worked just fine, so I tried this case for my new G4. This Affinity case would be a solid buy at twice the price. First, this case does not collect dust. That's a big problem with most soft cases. Very snug fit, and it gives good corner protection. All the openings for buttons and plugs are centered. My only nitpick, and it's a small one, is that I wish the edges were just slightly softer. But with a softer material would come dust collection problems and possibly fraying. I have no intention of looking for new cases, and that's saying something because I'm pretty finicky with my phone cases. I usually go through 2 or 3 before I find the right one. The only way I would switch out of this case would be if Poetic made cases in other colors.

Case is made from very hard plastic material and protects very well. But phone feels bulky with the case. It doesn't exactly fit in the edges where G4 has nice curves. It is also very difficult to remove my G4 with black leather. Some times phone comes out without leather back. Leather back stays in the case itself. Edges of the case are also very study to move them off a little to pull out the phone.

I am hard on my phones. So, I need a good phone case. But, I hate bulky cases. I also don't want to pay $40+ for a phone case.This case is great. It is simple. The back is harder plastic and mostly transparent. The sides are more flexible, and provide good protection for the phone. The sides extends slightly in front of the phone front, but are not intrusive. This prevents the dreaded phone landing flat on the front screen breakage.The holes in the case for charger, mic, buttons, etc. are accurately located. The only potential issue could be the headphone jack opening. The edge plastic is fairly thick, and this could potentially lead to issues inserting the headphone jack. But, I have had no problems with it.

Its a bit uglier than it looked online, and its definitely think on an already big phone. On the other hand, right after I got it I accidentally dropped the phone on concrete steps and almost didn't hear it. I think that is a plus versus what would it would have sounded like and resulted in without or maybe with another case.
