Triton RSA300 Router Stand

When I purchased it, I was a bit disappointed by the shear size of it (as I was hoping to find a more compact model). But it is very sturdy, and finally I found a good storage place, so I am happy that I took this one.

Works well with the Triton TRA001 router. Pretty compact and easy to store as the legs screw off easily with the smaller leg being inserted into the bigger leg, placed through the gap in the table and held on with a screw. Assembling the table requires a little bit of thought but is pretty straightforward, you should look at the diagram on the packaging to see which way the legs are fitted.

I had purchased the Triton TRB001, and was amazed by the quality and general value-for-money of the router. So, I didn't think twice when it was time to purchase to a router table. How could I go wrong with a Triton table for my router of the same brand?... I was sorely mistaken.The stand itself (RSA300) is well built, steel construction throughout all structural pieces. That's where the good news ends:1. In the first delivery, the plastic stop latch had broken off. Packaging was mediocre, but worse, the product itself is poorly designed2. The assembly of legs to the main frame has a bit of play, not good on an item where you apply shear forces. As a comparison, see some of Dewalt's 'flip-out' legs. A much sturdier and convenient design3. I could have lived with the table given its stated shortcomings, but the worse thing about it is the deficiency of the table top for the router 'system'. Absolutely atrocious construction and design. Almost entirely made of plastic bits and bobs, and medium density plastic at best. Why develop a modular 'system' when all 'modules' aren't built to the same spec?! Seriously?!Very disappointing, as I can't say enough positive things about the router itself.Stay away from this stand, and definitely stay away from the accompanying table top.

Good enough for what I need it for and makes life easier as you can have the vacuum on at the same time as your router is running to take up the sawdust generated!!

Read most of my reviews on Triton tools got a large tool set of these over the last 18mths and love using them.( I look out for reduced prices and snap them up)The Triton router stand I got cause it easier to use as I stand alone rather then removing my saw from the Triton 2000 workcentre every time I needed to do routing jobs.

Solid but over priced

nice sturdy design.I look forward to using it when I finnish building my workshop.I still just dream of using it

I can't rate it because the insert arrived damaged and I have not used it yet but its well constructed. I will either upgrade it or down grade itwhen its altogether and working Update returned it for a refund and will order it again. I received a new one and I will give it four stars because the switch does not work with 110 volt electricity I had to rewire and replace the switch with a Shop Fox D2751 110-Volt Paddle Switch now it works perfectly. Also it very portable and sturdy. Update this review. I would have given it five stars but the switch is wired for 230 volts AC current and would not work on a 110 volt current system. You will need to change the switch and wiring to 110 volt current system I did and it works great. I used the Shop Fox D2751 110-Volt Paddle Switch which works great and rewired it also. see photos.

Un des crochets support de la table de positionnement est mal formée et inutilisable (petite pièce en plastique) . Quand vous allez sur votre compte, Amazone ne propose qu'un échange de l'ensemble plutôt que le changement de la dite pièce (5 grammes), de plus, le retour est sous votre propre responsabilité !! Quand on est responsable d'une erreur, on assume le retour ou alors on change de boulot...

It's a routerstand made for the triton router table. It does what it is supposed to do. It's stable and just does the trick. There is a adapter included that fits on a regular power plug to match the internal one.
